I love bringing photography and painting together to explore the many dimensions of being: what the eye can see, and what can be felt beyond the visible. Through my work, I bring women into the light—their beauty, grace and wisdom.
I believe we are mirrors for one another, connected by something greater than ourselves. In that invisible space, emotions, frequencies and vibrations meet and harmonise. My art is an invitation to feel that connection, to remember ourselves and what unites us.

Melody Berthaud is a French artist based in Ibiza. Moving between photography and painting, she brings the human figure into dialogue with colour, texture and light.
Her work invites a quieter kind of looking: an encounter with presence, with the feminine, and with what can be felt beyond the visible.
The process
I’m drawn to photography for the emotion it holds—the kind that reaches the heart and soul before we even begin to make sense of the image.
Then painting enters into dialogue with the photograph. Through colour, texture, pigments and gold, I give form to what I sense beyond the visible. From this meeting, a one-of-a-kind artwork emerges, and emotion finds a vibration of its own.
